Excellent service from initial quote to finished roof. Roofing team took care to protect landscaping and outside areas while removing existing roof.

After a 4 and a half hour drive to Las Vegas to meet Simply Vegas Realty and Mac Roofing at a 10:00 a.m. sharp meeting, to view a prospective home. We were delighted to pull up in front of our home and see Mac Roofing waiting for us. We got started with the roof right-away before we viewed the inside of the house. I'm 77 years old and unable to venture a roof trip. I asked Mac Roofing employee Cory Weaver to survey the roof and give me any information that might cause me to not buy the house, and if I did buy the house , give me a figure witch would enable me to have a full guarantee on the roof of the house. By then the realty broker showed up and we went inside to look at the house. After about 30 minutes Cory came to me and showed me about 15 to 20 pictures he had taken of patched areas on the roof. He showed me additional repaired leakage areas through the living room area. There was genuine concern shown to me by Mac's employee to make sure that I was not misunderstanding his message. I fully recommend this company for anyone that are concerned with their roof. He was very pleasant through-out and even turned down a free lunch at a nearby casino. I was told I would receive a packet of information from the roofing company that would explain all my options to me. True to their word, I received 3 days later a comprehensive break down of those items needing repair on the roof. no surprises no gimmicks no high pressure sales just good old fashion service provided by good people. Mac Roofing just completed the work on our flat portion of our roof on Thursday. Not only were they here promptly they worked quickly and efficiently until the job was completed. They left NO MESS which was a shock to me. The dark clouds were overhead and threatening but they plugged on. The work is amazing - the roof looks brand new and ready for a monsoon. I would recommend them to anyone who has a leaking flat roof. You will not be disappointed.

When we purchased our home, we knew we would need to get a new roof eventually. However, when the first storm of the winter hit, our roof leaked so much we filled 2 large trashcans. It was horrible to know we just purchased a house that had a roof that leaked like that for who knows how long. After talking to neighbors, we decided on a spray foam roof. We called a few other companies who came out and took pictures, and gave us estimates that were way off (my hubby actually measured our roof before they came out, so he knew when their numbers were off). When we contacted MAC, they quickly sent someone out. Cory actually told us the sq. footage of the roof without even measuring and was dead on! They took the time to answer all of my hubby's questions (and he had a lot of them!). When they came out to apply the roof, they were professional and courteous. It was a quick process. But the best part is the savings on our energy bills. We compared our energy bills to our neighbors' bills throughout the year, and we were paying (on average) one third of what they were paying! I knew there would be a savings, but I didn't know they would be this much! We cannot recommend MAC Roofing Services enough. Great staff, great product, and AMAZING energy savings!! (Also, we recently put in a skylight. They patched up and sealed the area around our new skylight for a reasonable price, and they assured us that this would not void our warranty. I cannot emphasize enough what a great company they are to work with. : ) Thanks MAC!

If I could give this company ZERO stars I would. I contacted MAC roofing for repairs on our roof. I contacted them on Thursday, August 29th; an appointment was made for Thursday, September 5th for an estimate to be completed by Jim. That day at 3:45 I called the office because Jim had not arrived. I was told that he was running a few hours behind and would have to reschedule. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled for the following Tuesday the 10th at 3:30pm.



Today, at 3:45pm same thing was happening no Jim at our scheduled appointment time. I called the office and the same lady answered the phone and put Jim on the line. Jim said, "I am so sorry we are just so busy, I can't come out to look at your roof."



For a company that is too busy to keep appointment or even call to cancel, shouldn't have 5 stars. DONT USE THEM if you value your time.

Excellent work by both Gilbert and Anthony. Great job in securing and replacing my roof tiles. Also cleared 12 bags of leaves from the roof. Very reasonable rate, another compamy quoted me 5 times what Mac Roofing charged for the same job!!! Go figure this out. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for an honest and reliable roofer that does not gouge your wallet.

Chuck is the Man! Our Roof is relatively flat ranging from 1/12 to 2/12 pitch in sections. Our first full months power bill after the application of the high density foam was Awesome. We saved 12 kilowatt hours on average per day in May as compared to last May and this May was 10 degrees hotter on average than the previuose May. The roof should pay for itself in 5 to 6 years. The crew was courteous and thorough. The other Hugh benefit was the sound deadening quality of the foam. Our roof mounted A/C unit on the front section of our house sounded like a helicopter was landing on our roof every time it kicked on. And it was on all the time in the hottest summer months. I believe it only kicks on a 1/4 as much now but it's hard to tell. We can't hear it lol. Cynthia and Chuck are great folks to work with. I Highly recommend Mac Roofing.

Wonderful company to deal with. They were on time, put in a honest days work, and took great care to protect my property while they were replacing my roof. Everyone was friendly and great to do business with. I'm very happy with my new roof and would do business with this company in the future.

A few years ago, my husband and I started looking for roofing companies that did the "Spray on" roofing. Mac Roofing came out, gave a written estimate - DID NOT ADD ON- Beat any other bids. Roofers were professional, price was LESS than ALL conventional roofers but BEST of ALL. As the roof was being applied, we felt the temperature dropping in the house. AMAZING. The wind storm "SuperCell" that went through Vegas this spring went right down our street. All of our neighbors had wind damage from this storm, Our roof is still PERFECT. If you need a roof - Mac Roofing is the only company we will ever use. Would give 10 stars if possible!!!

Chuck came over, looked at the roof, and gave me an estimate. Before the job actually got started I asked that the carport be added. We agreed on the pricing and there were no cost add-ons after that for the final bill. His crew was professional and got the job done with skill. They added extra crew to get it done just before the big rains hit this season. They cleaned up after the work. I am very pleased and notice the difference with air conditioning efficiency. I definitely recommend this roofing for the flat roof I have. I am happy with the decision to go with the foam roofing. The company treated me great. Best of luck to them !!

15 years ago when I was a board member the association chose MAC Roofing to do the foam roofs . When I moved and needed roofing advise and a roof, on

my new residence, and since I cannot climb up on the roof and need SOLID advise.

I would only trust Chuck from MAC roofing. He installed 94 roofs in my old residence with no problems and more important communication was also open.

I had numerous estimates from contractors to fix my leaking roof. Every time it was either an outrageously high quote or "We can get to this job in 3-5 weeks." I wanted the work done now! I found MAC Roofing on this web site. They came out, gave me a competitive quote and then said the magic words. "How soon would you like this work done?" I half way jokingly said tomorrow. And they said "What time?" Done! They came out, did the work and I am now a happy camper. I would totally recommend MAC Roffing. They get it done!
