You should live anywhere else but here. I've had nothing but issues in the 1-1/2 yrs I've lived in this community. There are way too many children just out roaming the parking lots. My daughter's car has been keyed and covered with rocks. I've woke up to a strange man in my bedroom after he'd climbed through my window. Another night a different man was attempting to peer through the same window. We've had items stolen off of our porch. All of this though the community "supposedly" has security. The assigned parking is an absolute joke. 90% of the time someone else is in the spot assigned to my unit. When reporting to the manager working for the HOA and security we are told there is nothing they can do. However ironically my car was towed yesterday when I parked in the handicap spot and forgot to put up the placard which I know security has seen in my vehicle a hundred times previously. I wouldn't have had to park in handicap had my own spot been available.
