I met Steve Koso at Tunex around 7 months ago and spoke with him briefly about fixing my recently purchased Harley Davidson motorcycle. I held onto his number for future reference and looked forward to one day doing business with him due to his friendliness. When that day arrived, I approached Steve about repairing an oil leak and a malfunctioning turn signal in my 1998 Harley Davidson. He took my bike and began the repairs. When I got my bike back, not only was the oil leak worse, but the turn signals were still busted, the bike was now leaking gas and the gas tank had two dings in it. I contacted Steve and he assured me that he would rectify the situation. I returned the bike to him and he began his repairs again. When I recieved my bike the second time the oil leak was tamed slightly and the gas leak was fixed, however, the turn signals were even more problematic than before. I contacted him again and he began avoiding me. I had to go to the Harley Dealer to finally repair the damage Steve's Cylce shop had created. Please do not ever leave your bike with this guy!!
