The billing dept really sucks and does everything but keep you calm during pregnancy. It is very unfortunate as the doctor and nurses are excellent. When the billing department tells you up front that they will not tell you how much services are going to cost because they are too busy, run! You WILL receive random bills in the mail when you were told the care was covered 100% (and your insurance says they will cover it). The last thing any pregnant lady needs is to go here. The doctors should wise up and fire the billing staff.
