Mike Sullivan comes to our house monthly to see both my sister who has MS and is bedridden and my Mom who has numberous medical problems. He and his nurse show up within the time frame that they say they will. They are greeted with barking dogs and total chaos, a million minor complaints and total confusion. They take it all in stride, give their full attention to their patient and try very hard to explain medical terms in a way that we all can understand them. Mike is extremely patient, (thank god)
