Provided by YP.comI hope Mr. Pat Nash is still reading these reviews. It doesn't matter because you were on the email chain that i have been sending to your company. It appears you do NOT honor your work. I am a Realtor who assisted my 81 yr old client in locating an electrician to address a faulty outlet outside her home. Your tech (Hector) gave a hefty estimate but made the repair but not without adding 3 other items to the invoice totaling over $400. The item that we called your company to repair is no longer working again. I have reached out via email & VM hoping you would honor your work. Not a soul has returned my call or my email. Tisk-tisk. It would be great if you could turn around our attitudes about your ethics. Too many just like you out there. Good Luck

Provided by YP.comThis is to warn the public that this company is in the business to make as much as they can and take advantage of some one in need.I was told that the part I needed was very hard to find and I would have to pay 3 hour rate(75dollars an hour) for them to find the part.I found the part within 10 min at HOUSE OF BREAKERS. When I called back and told them where the part was and I DONT HAVE TO PAY FOR THE SEARCH they informed me the price still is the price and by me finding the location of the part doesnt matter.Then I informed them that it would be easier and take less time to rob someone at gun point.That's right that someone might shoot back so I guess the old lady is the ideal target.NASH WANTS YOUR CASH be aware.
Dear Notme5, Thank you for you comment. I remember speaking to you sir while one of my Technicians was giving you a free quote (No Trip Charge) for your non-emergency. Please be assured, there is nothing more important to me than giving the customer or perspective customer the best service possible, and I am convinced that we were as professional as could be to you. Unfortunately, Nash Electric can’t get every quote and quite frankly, I was pretty certain that I would not get your project. The reason being is because you told both my Technician and me that you had another quote that was lower than ours. Nonetheless, I am genuinely happy you found the correct part so soon, and were able to install it for less than what we proposed to you.
