Hello how long have you been in las vegas

This is my first review after living here only 2 months.

-->As for young couples and stabbings as one reviewer wrote, I have asked around, and no-one has heard of that. I know they made sure that I am 55 years or older before I moved in.



I think it is well maintained, clean pool and club house facilities, and great friendly staff.



There may be a cheaper place next door, I don't know if 25 bucks makes that big of deal in most people's lives, if it does, then try going without some of the things that you normally waste your $$$ on like eating out, or watching pay-for-tv, and such.



If things change for the worse, or if they get better, as far as how I like Palm Grove, I'll write a new review!
