he sounds like he knows what he is talking about, but by time he got here (AN HOUR LATE)

he played on a computer, doing things i did.

then told me it was my internet.

they came nothing was wrong, he just needed to re-install something. quoted me one thing then tried changing it as soon as he walked in.

NOT WORTH $60 even though his price online is $40. and had no cards, nor receipts. should have told him screw off after him being an hour late but i REALLY NEEDED HELP!

waste of time and money.

NEVER AGAIN WILL HE BE CALLED!

not a real good customer service type of person either!
