A little over priced on their animals, but all of the animals I've bought from them are heathy and happy.
I would not tell you to go when the younger people are working because the younger boys are scared to take the snakes out of the deli cups, they told me oh it might wiggle free blahblah Come on dude, I've handled 15foot retics (I know kinda small, but the snake in the deli cup was a mexican milk snake) lol and the younger girls tend to be a little rude to me. Well anyhow go when Jim is working, he is the best!

I don't mind at all having to go to someone and ask for help. When I did do that, I was immediately helped by someone who was eager to help and very knowledgable. I was allowed to hold a couple of exotics I asked to hold, and I was given a lot of time to hold them with no pressure to hurry up and no pressure to buy at all. I like that they stay there with the animals while you are holding them, for the animals' sake.

I felt comfortable asking tons and tons of questions. After buying, we were even made to feel comfortable when we called the store numerous times with questions.

They have a good deal that includes a cage and supplies with a ferret. We, first, confirmed prices at PetSmart to be sure the package deal was worth it. When we saw that the package deal included very fair pricing, we took advantage of that.

I am totally happy! yes a bit expensive but healthy and happy well handled pets...got a Persian kitten...beautiful (cant wait to pay her off haha) went in for a new ferret bed left with my first boy ferret ever. Turns out I had no idea boys were just as cool if not cooler than girls(only had girls)...im just amazed at how sweet and loving marshall ferrets are............

I'm from California and we don't have pet stores like this near us! Everytime I visit Vegas, I visit the pet store. I've been going since 1994 and have bought pets from there as well. I've never had any problems with the animals they sell and the staff has always been very helpful. I'm not sure about the reptile section as mentioned in the previous review however they have a large selection of animals to choose from. I guess it all depends on what type of pet you're looking for. I will agree with the first post in that they are a little on the expensive side. When I first started going there, their prices were very reasonable however they have gone up over the years. If you're not looking to get a pet, this pet store is still an experience in iteself...just visiting to look at all of the animals. I love it there and look forward to my yearly visit.

Very Good Prices and a huge assortment of exotic Pets. Very nice employees as well as very helpful.
