I called and set up an appointment 4 days in advance. Not only did they not show up for the grooming appointment, when I called customer service to find out what happened, they hung up on me every time I called. I finally was able to leave a message (due to no one answering the phone) and said I never wanted to use their services again. Go somewhere else for your grooming needs!!!!!!!
