I came into the store earlier than it opened for business and they were more than happy to open up early and help me. Saved me time and gas and were so courteous.

Will never come here again! Tried to take my dog to the groomer and they totally screwed me over. I called in and made and appointment ahead of time for my dog to get groomed. I was very clear that she needed to get GROOMED! When I get there, after driving 20 minutes, they tell me they have my dog down as only a bathe and brush. They refuse my dog even though I had called earlier and made an appointment, and we're very rude about and it even apologetic for their mistake.

Terrible service

I have had many pets and all have needed grooming. I have been around Vegas and have never fully felt appreciated as a customer or been to happy with any service received. I came to this PetSmart and left happy. The groomers were friendly and my pet left happy and excited. I am staying at this store for sure there is no price I wouldn't pay for a good groom, friendly staff, and the hapiness of my pet.
