Called for a quote on Tuesday and had an appointment for Thursday morning between 8-10am. Received a quote that was hard to believe. I was expecting that when they arrived i would find that there would be additional charges.! I received a call at 8:05 am telling me that the technician should arrive within 20 minutes and 15 minutes later they pulled up to my house. The technician and his coworker were very professional and friendly and did an awesome job. They provided me with a full report of the condition of the unit and suggested annual maintenance but made no attempt to have me commit to any other service. No up sells and great service at a fantastic price. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone who has a need for air conditioning service.

My mom's AC went out over the the weekend and Polar was out Monday morning and had them AC up and running inside the hour. My mom is elderly and these guys took care to make sure she was comfortable and happy before leaving. Great Service!

Leo the man!!!
I called to get help with my AC and boy did he get the job dun.
my AC was Freezing up no cold air and he got to me and had it fixed in one hour. now I am staying cool thanks...
now my ac runs good
