Provided by YP.comI've been doing business with this location for at least a year now. I deal with the same girl when shipping out my packages every time, and she is always extremely helpful and courteous. I recently dropped off some cookies to be shipped as a gift via USPS Priority Mail, and received a tracking number. I even asked the girl where it was on my receipt, and she pointed it out. 2 days later, I checked usps.com for the progress and found that there is no information available. I called Post Net to find out why and a man answered. I explained what I was looking for and he said, "We tell all of our customers that there is no tracking info with USPS until the package is delivered." I told him that's odd, because I've sent many items before and was not told this. He said "I'm in the back listening to all my employees and they say this". I told him again that I was not told this before, so I wouldn't be calling if I knew. He hung up on me! I called back and he said "You weren't disconnected, I hung up on you because I don't need to hear this". I cannot believe how unprofessional and rude this person is, especially when I was telling him in a calm manner that I was not told prior. DO NOT do business with this location. There is no excuse for that kind of "service".

Provided by YP.comDon't ever do business with this place, unless you love to be treated rudely as a piece of crap!
They are too cheap to offer any friendly service. I got all kinds of attitudes from them!
I had a shipment needed to be returned. The shipper request UPS to pick up at the deliver address, which was this store. I left my packages there, which was two weeks ago.
I went to this place today, and was told I had to take my packages back. They said the UPS didn't pick shipment up & I shouldn't leave the shipment in the store. Then I talked to UPS and was told that the store didn't give the packages to them. So I went back to the store, tried to find out what was going on. When I was talking to the employee, the owner jumped out from no where and threaten to me:"I'm gonna through you out if you keep wearing my employee! It's not our job to help return your shipment. We have no time for you! This conversation is over." Then he asked the employee walk away & left me at the counter.
I was so shocked by what he said and his extremely rude attitude! I'm the customer who pay to the mailing service but not for being treat like this.
This wasn't the first time they had rude attitudes, but surely the worst one. Then I decide that I'm done with them! No more business for them! With the price I paid for -- $20/month (business account) I could get professional mailing service from UPS Store & be treated as what a customer supposed to be treated!
It's so much headache to change the mailing address. That's why I bear with them for so long. But eventually, I still have to make this decision.
Guys~ don't ever bother to put yourself into this situation! Find the nice & right mailing service at the first place!!
