We didn't expect to be able to get ourselves the RV we wanted from the experience we had at traditional dealerships. The process was very easy and quick. No problems at all so far. Lovely coach!! Couple of technical teething issues but nothing we can't figure out - we know what RV's are like!

Although your application had initially been approved, you had not signed ANY contract with us. (Our agreement is that after an initial deposit is received (which you did), the remaining fee is due at the day of signing.) We regretfully decided to terminate the application process because it was becoming apparent that you did not have the funds needed at signing that you had assured to us you would have in place to complete the deal. We even extended the time frame for you.ALL monies that you had deposited to us were returned promptly and the airfares that you had booked, you let us know had been refunded. But why let the facts get in the way of a slanderous review?! We have an excellent rapport with our customers that can be verified by our BBB rating and Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce.

Don't waste your time dealing with this company.They made a deal with me to buy an RV. They took my money, over $6,000 cash and then refused to keep their deal with me. Not only would they not keep the deal, not refund my airline tickets but they are refusing to refund me my entire CASH deposit! They are trying to take thousands of dollars from me! (a single parent)I guess you hear about those people on the internet that don't take credit cards and only want wire transfers but you never think it could happen to you. Don't let this company rip you off either. Check with the Better Business Bureau in Las Vegas Nevada and you'll see that I am not the only one that has a problem with them. I'm shocked that a seemingly reputable company could do something so appalling. You never know who you can trust now-a-days. At least hopefully this review will keep someone else from making the same mistake that I did. Don't send cash or a wire transfer to someone without a written contractt.

This company made a deal with me, took a cash deposit and then refused to honor the deal. Not only did they not refund me my plane tickets and expenses but they also refused to refund me my entire cash deposit.



Stay away from Premier RV Solutions in Las Vegas Nevada. These people are rude, selfish, ruthless and they LIE.
