I believe this is the worst customer service to patients I have ever encountered. I called 2 days ago for my refill prescription of amlodipine and was informed by recording that I would be contacted within 17 hours. Oh well, I was in your clinic Wednesday, the 17th and my blood pressure was first taken 150/100 second take 170/92 3rd take 180/92. Was given medication and had to stay there until my blood pressure normalized. Thanks to NP Royal, a very capable practitioner who you have transferred to the Nellis office stood by me and made sure I was all right.
I cannot say the same for the rest of your staff. When I called for an appointment for my daughter, Tatiana Sandino, on the 15th I was informed that NP Royal, a caring professional, had been transferred to the Nellis location. When we informed the person that answered finally that we would go see him there we were then informed that he was coming into Rainbow office on the 17th. So we booked our appointment.
However, I am appalled how you treat your staff and patients. When we call and try to talk to someone in the Rainbow office we are on a merry go around and usually stay on the line for over 30 minutes to talk to someone. I am sorry but my time is as valuable as yours. You do not treat patients like that. If we use the outsourced appointment service and are told that we will be contacted within an hour????? Well, I had to wait days and finally called and by some miracle reached someone at that location after usually a 45-minute wait on the telephone. Is this how a medical facility is run?
Meanwhile, here I am without my blood pressure medication because my refills have expired and NO ONE FROM YOUR OFFICE CONTACTS ME. I believe there is something not right, don't you?
