Our project is YOU! We offer several group class types: Bootcamp, LIFT, CrossFit, Kettlebells, & FUEL. Mix and match or stick with your favorites. LIFT, for strength training/muscle building; Bootcamp, which targets the muscles which play the greatest role in body change; and CrossFit devotes half the class to Olympic weightlifting and gymnastics work, the other half to the 2-20min WOD. Kettlebells will sculpt your glutes and get you pumped in a fun fat burning interval training class. Our nutrition coaching addresses balancing macronutrients in order to build muscle and lose fat along with balancing life and stress in order to maintain sleep, focus and consistency.
