Hi Ron,
We have received all pertinent paperwork and are breathing a sigh of relief. Our timeshare was an albatross around our necks and we didn't believe we would ever be able to remove it. We want to thank you so much for your help. Property donations has responded to all our emails and answered all our questions even when we had difficulty contacting other parties in the past. There were times when I was skeptical, but all is well that ends well. I cannot thank you enough for helping us remove this burden from our life. I would recommend Property Donations to others who feel the burden of a timeshare in their life.

Property donation group was professional and did exactly what they promised. I had been stung by a reseller listing service for $300 and got nothing. I did my due diligence after that researching how to dispose of an unwanted south Florida deeded property. Ron and Vanessa were patient and answered all my questions and concerns. Based on the value of the property I owned it did cost me what amounted to a maintenance fee for the transfer. I thought that was fair with the market as it is. I have called the resort and it now belongs to someone else. I'd give them two thumbs up. Minnesota Nice

I am a single mom of 2 and I was stuck with 2 timeshares in Canada that I couldn't afford anymore. Thank you for helping me get rid of my timeshare. It did take some time, and I did begin to wonder if the transfer was going to work, but it did, and I am very pleased. I was delighted with the service I received from the Property Donation Group. The representatives answered my questions in a thorough and timely manner and the transaction couldn’t have been smoother. It is great relief to finally be out from under a timeshare that no longer worked for our family. I would definitely recommend your group to any of my friends who find themselves in the same situation as my wife and I.

I was really sceptical when I first contacted Property Donation Group when I found them on a Bing search. The gal who answered all my questions was Vanessa and she was really patient andsuper helpful with me and I really appreciated that. The other 2 companies that I spoke to before them were real arrogant and not helpful at all. They tried to make me feel stupid and kinda bullied me. My experience with Property Donation Group's timeshare donation service was a truly uplifting experience. There is still such a thing as great customer service and not all timeshare related companies are out to get you as this one has proven to me. You rock!

It was nice to find someone in the timeshare biz that wasn't trying to rip me off. I had a nice timeshare in Key West, which I loved, but after the economy nose-dived it started to be more and more impractical to get there. Property Donation Group showed me how to get out from under those maintenance fees and help out a good cause at the same time. I just finished my Taxes and was moved to thank you one more time.
