Venue cancelled our party an HOUR before it was set to start due to power outage that they knew about from the night before. While I understand that things happen outside of their control, they could have provided us notification when they found out which would’ve given us more time to come up with an alternate plan instead of having to cancel altogether. Instead, customers were kept in the dark until the last minute. My daughter was absolutely devastated! Owner seemed more concerned about her loss of profit than positive customer service and trying to right a wrong-offered nothing but an “I’m sorry...” I will never frequent this business again and encourage you not to either!
