Don the owner of this company is not a good person he damaged my vehicle charged us $1,200 in Labor with a total of $2,000 to fix our air .... Did fix our air blew out our compressor now our whole truck won't run and he won't fix it .... I've never had to pay to have my properties defaced .... I hope this review keeps you from having your vehicles broken and having money stolen from you and your family

I've been a customer for over 20 years, and anyone that can build a racecar & compete with it can work in my vehicle anytime.

My wife and I have been taking our cars to Qualified Automotive for about fourteen years. I go to Don at Qualified for the big repairs. They do great work and are very honest. They are across town for me so I go to a local place for routine maintenance. Here are a couple of my positive experiences with Qualified:



I called Qualified for an estimate to have the spark plugs changed on my ’99 Expedition. I was given a price and told it was labor intensive because Ford had the engine compartment so cramped. After dropping off my vehicle, I received a call back from Don, the owner. He told me he was dropping the price because I had the smaller engine and it wouldn’t take as long to complete the tune-up as he had anticipated. When is the last time a repairman in any field came in “under budget”?



I had a radiator replaced at Qualified and it eventually developed a leak at a faulty weld (a factory defect for the after-market radiator). The guys at Qualified replaced the radiator for free even though it was outside the limited warranty of the part. They truly stand behind their work.
