CLOSED NOW - Opens at 7:00am

The sign on the door at the Tenaya branch says open until 4:00. I get there at five minutes to 4:00 and the door is already locked. The gal comes out and says it is 4:00 and they are closed with no consideration for a person with an obvious disability. And then to lie in addition makes me wonder what kind of standards they work by. The technicians are awesome but the new clerks stink.

Trying to get someone on the phone is ridicules and when you do get them they treat you like crap, I call the local number and I get Kansas it wasn't like that before Obama care.

I feel like I'm at the post office. The customer service is slow at best. Like government workers that can't be fired for moving like a snail, is what this business is like. So give yourself extra hour or so. Bring a good book.
