This is a horrible dental office. The only pro is that it is clean and friendly. They will cancel your appointment and tell you that you asked to have it canceled when that is impossible. They then ask you to have a seat and that they will take you inside soon and you end up sitting there for 2-3 hours. If you go up to the staff to ask them why this is they give you an attitude and try to tell you that it is your fault that the appointment is canceled. They will never admit their facility's employs mistake or apologize for it. Every time i have come here they have tried to over charge me or tell me that I have copays for services that are 100% covered by my insurance. When I tell them that they go and "recheck" it and come back and tell me that I am right and that I don't have any copays. So feel free to go to this facility if you like to be tricked each and every time, have your time wasted, told that you need to have procedures done that you don't need and given an attitude.

Run, don't walk, in the other direction. Terrible customer service, terrible experience... Their complete and total lack of professionalism is astounding. If only zero stars was an option...

This is a new and high-tech office staffed by very friendly people. They are the nicest ! I got prompt and efficient care which corrected my tooth problem right away. I will certainly recommend this office to my friends.

When booking my initial appt, I specifically requested a certain dentist, who had several years of experience. When I arrived, I was told that I would be seeing a Dr. with 6 months experience. Quite disappointing.



It took them over 30 minutes for xrays alone and it was clear that the tech was incompetent.



I have never had any issues with my teeth other than minor surface cavities and the Dr. proceeds to tell me that I need 3 root canals right away. I question his recommendation and will be seeking a 2nd opinion. It seemed he was looking for a quick buck. Problem is that this is Las Vegas and I cannot find a single person that is pleased with their dental provider. I think I will travel to Portland, OR where I can trust the services provided.
