I love the team at Ranger Pest Control, they are friendly, professional and care about our property. They take time to make sure we are having no problems, and do an excellent job around the property. Their price is more than fair. Highly recommend.

Ranger Pest Control is a very customer-oriented business, very fairly priced, extremely reliable and always on time! All of their technicians (especially Vance and Matt) are extremely polite and friendly, often spending 5 or 10 minutes of their valuable time chatting and getting to know you before spraying which adds to the customer experience. I feel at ease letting them come into my home, even if I'm not there!

They are very open to listening to your concerns and can identify and advise on the best solution to your pest control needs. They send out reminders and texts for appointments and always follow through!!

The spray they use is not harmful to children or animals and thus, I feel very comfortable with my 3 children and my dog being in the home or in the yard after they spray. Vance (owner) has children and I know he wouldn't risk their health so I trust him and his business for all my pest removal needs!

I always recommend everybody I know to ditch their current pest control company and switch to Ranger Pest Control!

This Pest Control company is by far my favorite out of the ones we've tried in Las Vegas. Great price for great service. Our poor dogs used to get the tips of their ears bitten so badly by pesky house flies that lingered right by our back door. It was so frustrating, and we tried every home remedy we could find, but Ranger was the only one that was able to get rid of our problem. And if a few flies ever start appearing again, we call and let them know, and they come over either that same day or the very next day to take precautions so they don't come back. I have had 3 different Ranger guys service my house, and all 3 have been exceptional. Matthew Laws is our new guy, and he was sweet to our dogs and was friendly and kind to me. I feel like normally a pest control company isn't something you would write a raving review about... well, this one really is the best around. Also, one time, they just dropped off a random gift - a battery operated electric fly swatter - when they were first working on getting rid of our flies. No charge - just a kind gesture. Whatever they spray around the perimeter is seriously awesome. I honestly haven't seen a bug inside my house since we started with them. I could go on and on. I'm not even related to any of them - I have no bias. Just a satisfied customer.

Recently, while changing light bulbs outside, I thought I saw bees inside one of the glass covers. I called Vance at Ranger Pest Control and scheduled an appointment. The following day, he arrived promptly; he checked the light fixture for bees, and assured me that what I observed was merely dust and cobwebs. He sprayed for bugs and changed my light bulbs. With the arrival of (Africanized) bees, I had many questions, and Vance provided detailed answers, alerted me to specific areas where bees might congregate, and safety precautions, alleviating my panic. This was my third appointment with Ranger Pest Control since July 2016: Vance removed a hornet’s nest, and later alleviated a long-standing problem with pigeons (since 2001). When I call, appointments are scheduled within 24 hours and he arrives promptly. His estimates are more than competitive and the customer service and professionalism are incomparable.

Initially, I thought the strong ethical business practice and level of professionalism and courtesy Vance exhibited were solely qualities extended to customers, and standard considerations to maintain any commercial establishment. But now I realize that these qualities are facets of his personality. Individuals can learn to exhibit qualities; exemplary individuals possess them, so they are not restricted to a specific role in life. Likewise, I would not hesitate to instill my trust in Vance, in any future endeavor he may seek. He is prompt, knowledgeable, professional, courteous and personable; these and his many other attributes are why I have Ranger Pest Control on speed dial. I highly recommend Vance and Ranger Pest Control for consistency and excellence in customer service, economical pricing, and professionalism.
