Had my Carpet and large Area rug cleaned today by Tony Meza what a great Professional man the work he did got my stuff looking NEW NEW AGAIN 2TIME USING THIS COMPANY

Service was great and technicians we're very courteous. I was extremely pleased with the courteous and professional cleaners

Really happy I won a raffle and I got a free cleaning and they really did a great job i will get them to come back i really recommend them

I suggest NEVER EVER using this company for carpet shampooing. I was quoted 3 rooms for $49. I confirmed the price 3 times reiterating it would not cost more than than $49. When the tech showed up he quoted my son $169 which included shampoo and conditioning. When I was told the price I immediately called the office and spoke to Maria who was rude and had the worse customer service that I have ever experienced. I have been in property management for over 20 years and she was the worst I have ever experienced. I had requested that we be refunded the $169 because the tech did not start the job and I was not authorizing the clean for that amount. Maria lied and said that the tech had already completed the job and there was nothing she could do. That was a flat out lie because I was standing next to the tech who did not start the job. Maria and the General Manager showed no attempt to rectify the situation and refused to refund my card. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - NEVER AGAIN.

Horrible experience. They gave us an outrageous price to begin with then dropped by over 50% when we protested. Still too expensive. When the techs left the carpet was wet and they said it would look good after it dried so we signed their invoice. Our creamy beige carpet turned pink in several places as it dried and large dirty spots were left where they used additional chemicals. Our carpet is competely ruined. We are not asking them to replace the carpet but when we called to ask for our money back we were told they do not give refunds since we signed the invoice. So we have paid $225 to have our carpet ruined. We have reported them to American Express where we charged the service and hopefully they will be able to help. Beware of these people---they totally ruined our good carpet!

Had to move out of my home last minute and these guys did a great job. Carpets and Tile just like new!!! Highly Recommended.
