Provided by YP.comThis place deserves no stars. I paid a higher service fee so I wouldn't be locked into a contract. Still tried to not let me cancel. Had to cancel my debit card. Had to tell him I would call the police if they came to spray on my property. Thinking of investing in a pit bull, haha. The manager/owner (I think it's a pyramid scheme or a franchise or something, he apparently doesn't answer to anyone) is very abrasive and rude on the phone. PLEASE do not use these people. Run them out of business and hopefully Las Vegas.

Provided by YP.comWORST HEARTLESS COMPANY EVER!! I have satisfied my contract and now need to leave Vegas due to extreme financial circumstances. I have 6 kids and we are now broke due to job layoffs. I called to give them 11 days notice to cancel my service since we are moving out of state and the manager REPEATEDLY INSISTED that I have to give them 30 days notice and they will still come to my house and spray and I will be billed $55. He said it is only $55 which is a great price. I explained that when I have to go to my sister in laws house to eat dinner almost every night, $55 IS a lot of money. I explained that we are completely broke at this point which is why need to move to live with relatives and he responded that everyone is hurting right now and he cannot waive the 30 days cancellation in writing. After he kept insisting they will come out to spray on an earlier day before we move, I had to tell him if he does he will be TRESPASSING. He also said everyone has to give 30 days notice for cancelling all sorts of things like golf, and a bunch of stupid stuff like that. Funny, my husband's employer didn't give 30 days notice when he laid him off. THERE ARE LOTS OF OTHER PEST CONTROL COMPANIES IN LAS VEGAS - SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF HASSLE AND USE ANOTHER COMPANY, SIMPLE AS THAT!!!!

Provided by YP.comDon't use it, very bad service. I had the services for 4 times but there are still a lot of pest in the house. When I called to cancel prior 30 days of the next service, they did not let me to cancel and told me the next service had been scheduled. The manager yelled at me and threatened me that they will send my bill to the collection company. Very very bad customer service. Once you have the service, you cannot cancel. And they could not kill any pest. Don't use it!!!

I had this service for 1 year and while they got rid of the bugs, the headaches came with the office and billing. This company took money from my account without authorization because I was 10 days late. They refused to wait for payment. If they have your credit card information, they will charge for your services when they want to. They schedule appointments at the their convenience, not yours! What kind of customer service is that!? Also, they call you constantly till they get payment. Even when you have already told them that payment is in the mail. If you ask to speak to a manager they always tell you that he will call you back and he NEVER does! If you sign a contract with them you have to send a written letter to cancel your contract and it has to be done at least 60 days before expiration. Really!? More work for the customer?
Spend your money wisely and stay away from this company. They are unprofessional, do not care about the customer and rude. THEY SUCK!!!!!
I am sure the positive ratings on here are from their employees!

Provided by YP.comWe have a scorpion problem at our house and i saw one the day before a Rhino rep came by are house looking for more customers. So we decided to use them, he told us they come once and month and will take care of everything. Well it ended up they only came once every 2 months and they didnt even spray for scorpions. We called to cancel them because we were moving out of the country anyways and thats when they told us we were under contract. We said they rep had never told us anything about a contract and to send us the copy and we would determin if in fact it was somthing we would have to pay. Well instead of sending us the copy of the contract they banged our account for 100$ and sent it into over draft since we were closing the accout due to moving. So please dont make the mistake of using them!

Provided by YP.comThey were awful!!! 3700 sq foot house in 5 minutes. I still had the saame bugs an ants. I have since made several appointments and they do not even show up, VERY VERY UNRELIABLE!!!
