Provided by YP.comI called to inquire about the services that are offered in the listed Ad. In contacting the location the Operator / Receprtionist (Deidra) was pretty rude. My first question was about leasing. Her response was "No!!! We do not do that. Then I stated that it shows in your Ad leasing renting of scotters. She placed me on hold for a approximately 2 to 3 minutes. I waited upon coming back to the phone she did not even thank me for waiting or holding. She once again stated we do not do that.. where did you see this at. I stated the internet. Her response was we have not did that for years maybe the Ad is not up to date. Which is totally understandable that companies do not have the time or funds avaliable to update information. But it is also misleading to new consumers. My experience with the receptionist / operator (Deidra) was not very uplifting her being the first point of contact that represents the company I would not even want to purchgase anything with how i was responded to via the phone. Who knows how I would be treated in person.
My experience within the actual Las Vegas area outside of the Strip has been terrible. People think that Las Vegas is extra wonderful from what is been demostrated when vacationing. But, when you interface with customer service on the out skirts of the strip. You will be totally suprised and have a different perspective of what Vegas has to offer.
Thank you RideNow Powersports for regenerating my true perception of how a new resident is treated within Las Vegas

Provided by YP.comI bought my YZ125 new in 2007 from the Ride Now on Craig. I’m always treated well at the Craig location and I wanted to be sure to call that out, that said:
I stopped in to the location on Rancho this past weekend and inquired about custom suspension work, to lower my overall seat height from it’s sock, 39+ inches. I’m a 5’5 female rider, and though I’ve put up with the bike height for years, I wanted to discuss the options.
The floor tech called the Manager over. He was rude, condescending and gave terrible information. I had my bike with me, in the truck and indicated that to them. They asked me if I’d ever had my sag set. Instead of walking with me to the machine or offering to un-load it so we COULD set the sag, he asked me what I weighed in front of 5 other men. Then, said it should be just fine. Now – sure – it was a valid question but he could have (should have) done so in private and while treating me like a customer instead of something that was interrupting his “real business”. It wasn’t WHAT he asked but – how this scene transpired. NO one offered to actually look at the bike, the Manager stated that “it’s impossible to do anything like that with a dirt bike, you’re stuck, cut your seat foam”.
The truth, is that the shop/mechanics aren’t equip to handle this at Ride Now– and instead of saying that outright, or, recommending someone who DOES specialize in suspension – he treated me like I was asking a silly question. Look at Ricky Carmichael, he’s 5’5 and I KNOW they mod/customize his bike along with many other pros.
I ended up driving to Boulder City and met with a guy from Recon MX – he’s got my bike now and before I dropped it off, we went over SEVERAL options, including fork adjustments, spring adjustments (it’s possible to get a shorter aftermarket rear spring, though, I’m not doing that this go round) – we talked about linkage arm options etc. My point – is that it IS possible to reduce overall height and keep stability. I’ll end up getting about 2.5 inches with simple adjustments to my stock equipment which should make a huge difference to me. I was able to get this service worked out, by a different shop, without discussing my weight with a group of men. I’d NEVER go back to the Ride Now Rancho location. By the way – this isn’t cheap – and I’m glad to be giving my money to a competent shop.

Provided by YP.comRideNow Rancho helped me out when I was in need. I rode my Honda Shadow over 500 miles to a conference in Las Vegas. En route the starter switch went out. They ordered the part and it came in the day I was to leave. They replaced the switch and had me on my way, making it home the day I had planned. Thank you.

Provided by YP.comI recently purchased a 2013 Honda Goldwing from Glen who was my salesman. I tire kicked for several weeks before I made the buy and he was patient the entire time. The only thing I regret is purchasing the maintenance package. If I had to do it again I would pass on the 6 service package as only when I looked at the detailed paperwork later did I realize I was charged $2,499 but that was my mistake in not looking at the fine print. I paid a fair price for the bike and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a bike.

Provided by YP.comWe just bought a motorcycle from these guys and it was a good experience. Our sales guy, Bill, on his day off, was there when we were to finalize a deal and stayed with us the entire time. There were a few hiccups along the way but everything got settled and over all, it was a great experience. We will definitely be back!

A nice place with some nice staff, good selection of bikes and decent selection of gear. Staff are knowledgeable and can answer questions but it's when you sit down to sign the final paperwork you need to be careful of. They won't do you an favors unless you fight for them, question every cost they try to stick in there and if they don't budge on it, walk away. We're talking about an extra thousand or two thousand dollars here easy, don't just settle for what they put down in front of you. New riders or buyers to dealerships remember: They are not your friend! They are not looking our for you or your wallet. They don't want to help you financially get the best deal. What they do want is your money and as much of it as they can get. Use caution when signing your name, these guys will rip you off.

Of all the Motorcycle dealers in Las Vegas these guys know their stuff. The store on Rancho is staffed with riders who can answer your questions and give honest advice. Worth a visit

Provided by YP.comThe customer service is great at this branch but they never have anything I ask for. Everything has to be ordered and takes up to 2 weeks to get. Owners Manuals, batteries, spark plugs...it goes on and on. They sell the bikes right there on site. You'd think they'd have the parts for them. Who knows whats behind the 2 big double doors that say "parts dept" . There are definately no parts back there.
