Never had parking in all 4 parking lots or valet I booked a small suite and got a classic room cause they over booked , never got the towels or roll away that I asked for I talk to them about them the about it the next day and they said "sorry what do you want?" Like wtf?! I want my room lady offered me a suite paying 40 bucks extra a night (for a week) finally got what we asked for then went to our event and came back to gamble I play a slot game witch would break while I was spinning . I didn't hit spin again while my money went bye bye and then was winning on traZan and said I lied About get the Bonus game why the hell would I lie about 2 bucks and 8 free spins ?? Manger said I was wrong?! I spent over 300 in the casino alone never stay HERE! Bad bad hotel I would rather stay in a MOTEL!!!

Provided by YP.comVery Good hotel.. College student, came here for a spontaneous vacation, spent $20 a night, so I wasn't expecting much. Free Parking, checked in at the front desk in less than 5 minutes, the gentleman that helped me was very kind and helpful.

We checked into our room, only to find that the bed had looked as if someone had just "Rolled out" of it. We waited there for for over an hour, for someone to bring us our keys to another room, to our suprise and theirs; another couple entered the room suitcases in hand. This makes me question the security of this hotel. During our stay, many of the shop keepers, "panhandled" us in the atempt to make sales. This became very anoying as you pass by them several times per day on your way to and from your room. Something I would expect on the street but not in the suposed comfort of your hotel. The rooms were nice but the rest of the building seemed to be lacking some needed attention. Valley was closed the entire week we were there and had to use self park. The distance from Valley and Self Park to Check In, is a serious hike with no "Bell Caps" to be found. We didnt appreciate the hidden Energy Sure Charge that they presented us with upon Check Out either. The service in Kady's was poo

I have stayed at the Riv for more than 10yrs and you couldn't ask for nicer employees to assist you. I have stayed at other Casinos on the Strip, and those employees at these other Casinos could care less if you are staying there much less help you if there is an issue. The Riv has been nothing but a wonderful place to stay and to be treated with respect.

I had an absolutely abhorring experience here, this "hotel" is scary dangerous and unsafe! I booked 15 nights and by day 1 I was continually harassed catcalled etc with degrading remarks BY HOTEL EMPLOYEES! I filed a report with "security" who was untrustworthy and physically pushed me around. Some of my belongings are missing and they are no help. Please be safe and don't stay here! I have not been refunded for the unused portion of my stay and surprise surprise they're being completely uncooperative. STAY AWAY!!

Provided by YP.comMy husband and i we're married at the Riviera last July. It was a great experience! The staff were very nice and helpful.
They made us feel special on our special day. It felt like a real at home wedding not like a vegas wedding we have heard about. I would recommend anyone looking to get married in Vegas to check this place out! They are simply fabulous!!

Provided by YP.comHad its prime years. Still people show up for the conventions, Billiards and the like. Parking garage is tight, mostly for compact cars and motorcycles. Slots tight. Never win here. Others get way to excited over a tiny win. Or just reaching a bonus round.

Provided by YP.comAt the end of the strip, but a good place to stay. East to win in their casino. Great service.
