The elderly gather in gangs (yes gangs) and will stand outside your home if you are younger than 70 and accuse you of false crimes, threaten you, and threaten to come on your property to fight you (yes fight you or worse from the las vegas review journals printings). These people are sick no matter how their HOA slants it you are welcome to look up the facts. Danger, warning, facts, also a cast character beloved Freckles from the little Rascals was killed by his roommate in one of the tin can trailers. Further many of the units are occupied by squatters, its a very older crowd bent on some violent way of life even if that is not enough to warn you , the park next door is open 24/7 blasting Mexican Music and underireable jumping over walls to visit their squatter friends . Dangerous older residents, unsafe park, dont let a fresh road inside (with no sidewalks) make you think you are safe.., from my experience and the verbal assults on my family, the threats and man in jail so far for 2 years after killing a resident all this speaks for itself stay away. Their paranoia is a danger to resident of honor. They look down on people and its scary they resort to violence , name calling and hostility regularly ....again its all out there in the papers, dont just go by reviews. You have enough to know how bad this place is to live , or be involved with nothing but worries.
