This place is filled with ONLY morons...everyone here is lacking intelligence from staff all the way to management! I will NEVER return here and hopefully you won't either unless you can stand to deal with people like this. And expect to WAIT as they try to work their brains enough to figure out what is going on!! Fail fail fail!!!

I rented my unit here for over 2 years. It was pretty good you pay your bill ontime and nothing exciting happens. In May I new I was going to finally close on my house after 1 1/2 of trying so I went to them and gave my notice for June 30th. I was informed at that time it was June 29th that I needed to be out or pay another month. I talked with the lady working and she said if I rented my moving truck with them and picked it up on the 30th at 9 am and emptied the unit she would not charge us. We agreed and decided to pick up the truck before closing the night before and we were going to empty it out before they came into work. She said that is even better. The 29th came and I went to get the truck. There was someone else working there and to make a long story short he would not rent me the truck because it was in my husbands name he said the unit had to be emptied by 6 it was 5 or I pay another 90 dollars.
