Provided by YP.comSecurity and Management are IGNORANT of Federal ADA laws governing SERVICE ANIMALS. I am handicapped and carry a small SERVICE DOG (with a photograph and credentials - registered although NOT required by law) in a carrier strapped to my chest so that he can jump out and assist me (I have metal rods in my spine that will not permit me to flex and bend over) and then he jumps back into my hands and I put him back in his carrier. We were asked to leave the The Grand Cafe on August 30th because a patron was upset that I was HAND FEEDING my dog. The dog was NOT eating off their silverware, their plate, not even their napkin (as I carry plastic bags and napkins with me at all times). I tried to explain to Security the Federal Laws which permits my SERVICE ANIMAL to go ANYWHERE that a person may go unless he is disruptive (such as barking, snarkling, growling) and it does not matter if it is around food, people are allergic, etc; however Security would not budge. I was too tired to fight. We had boarded a plane from Pgh, PA that morning at 6 am EST and arrived into LAS at 6 pm (PST) and the poor dog had food withheld from him since the night before due to the long trip and layovers, etc. He is 6 lbs and was being hand fed, literally me putting the piece of steak into his mouth. He eats better than 95% of children I watch at tables who chew with their mouths open, talk and food falling out, etc. He is better behaved than 80% of children hands down. Would they have thrown out us if I had been blind and this was a large shepherd dog with a vest? I doubt it. But, I am NOT going to stop and feed my dog someplace else and then take him to another restaurant so we can eat - he EATS with US, always has and always WILL and the FEDERAL law permits that. We had to have our dinners packed up and we came home to eat. But I have filed charges with the Dept of Justice for their mishandling and discrimination that I endured. During all of their restructuring and their campaign "We Luv Locals" - they should not bite the hand that feeds them! If we don't come up there, and my husband has HIGH STATUS on his players' card - they don't make money; but there are other casinos that will be glad to take our business and will know or attempt to learn the law - however, Pearl, the Security Guard was unwilling to do either. So you may be close in proximity to our house, but we will be driving past the place from this point forward and the machines don't pay anything anymore to boot. It is a complete financial donation center with very little "play" for your money - go elsewhere!

Provided by YP.comThe Food at the Cafe was the worst. The prime rib dinner was not fit to eat , I dont know where they get their beef but it was a very poor grade of meat. I would rate it as the one star, I eat out almost every meal, and I am always trying new places to eat. I will never go back there.

Provided by YP.comThe Century Santa Fe Theatres feature very comfortable seating on a slant to make for better viewing. It is a fairly new theater, and also does not smell like smoke, even though it's connected to a casino. I really enjoyed my movie experience there and would give it 5 stars if not for the price of snacks, but that's too high everywhere.
