Investors who complete our application and accreditation verification process will become a member of our Savant Society - an exclusive group of investors who have qualified to gain access to our commercial real estate investment offerings. We formed this group for several reasons – first and foremost, to comply with SEC requirements to qualify investors prior to receiving our offerings, and secondly, to offer some excellent benefits to investors who want to stay connected to not just our real estate investments but also to broader market information.
