I can not believe the way I was treated by this office. I honestly think that there are some shady things going on with their billing practices. It seems like every time I try and make an appt there is some outstanding bill that I have never seen, and when I ask for a copy they are never able to prodice one because the girl who does that stuff is "out of the office." and my bill must be settled before seing the dr.



I have never been to an office with such a rude, unprofessional and trashy staff. I have been yelled at multiple times. Ever member of this staffs reaction to any question ever asked is that is not my job and followed by yelling. I have never felt more disrespected, and undervalued. I think that this office forgets that they are in the service industry and that you can not treat patients this way and expect them to come back.



From the bottom of my heart, I strongly advise you to find a different drs office. This is not the one for you.
