This is a bottom feeder operation. They call everyday and never leave a message. They are a disgrace to the collections business and should be in jail. If you are a biasness and use this operation you will only damage your company reputation

This people are thief's seriously someone needs to audit this company and shut them down completely .They take advantage of people ..

Worst collection agency and they have no customer service at all. very rude and not helpful at all. Am going thur some heath problem and am not able to afford my monthly payment plan that I have with them. They aren't able to help me unless I come up with 650.00. if not am going to get sue and money will be taken out of my paycheck. if that happens I will no longer be able to afford my rent or bills. am a single mom with no child support or government assistant. this is so not fair at all!!

The people that work here came directly hell. Its like as if they work for the devil himself. They Lie. Make fraudulent charges. Harrass people. They are the rudest people in the world. this company needs to be shut down. I cant see how anyone will hire them for any debt collections.

this is the worst chop shop (collection agency) i have ever dealt with. I CALLED THEM TO PAY MY DEBT. i set up a one time draft to pay my balance off in full and this "Ron Allen" took the fund from my bank account well before the date i authorized....when i called and asked why he said "CUS I DONT LIKE YOU!" then denied me my balance paid letter... if you unfortunate to have a account placed here i would make sure you record your call .
