Been using this company for all our printing needs for more than 5 years now without any problems. Would recommend their services to all our friends!

I have used these guys many times and have always had prompt and efficient work done. In fact, they usually have the project completed early. I would recommend them to others.

So sorry we could not haven taken better care of you. 5 weeks ago, we called and sent a message to your phone for store credit including a discount. We tried to call you multiple times, but no one confirmed or tried to talk to us leaving only a voicemail for an apology and a message that you have ignored.



At no charge, we had to fix your files to set it up to print which is why the job order had to be delayed. We do apologize. We have always been helpful to our customers even if there was a mistake, or trouble with one of the products we sell at our store. Sing Sing Sign is still a growing company and with the mistake that we did has made us learn how to better our company. Hope we can serve you again soon!

Horrible service. Today I experienced the worst customer service i have ever been through. The last order we gave them was our biggest yet, and multiple mistakes were made, i had to sit in the parking lot for hours waiting on them to tell me 20 more minutes every 20 minutes. After all was said and done we got our artwork only to realize half were messed up. the owner text me and said i got $200 store credit next time. So today i called and tried to get another print on my credit and it was refused. The owner said i did not call him and confirm that i wanted store credit, in the text it clearly states "keep this message", but refuses to honor his mistake. Also told him he would lose our business for good, so he cancelled my current order that i was PAYING FOR and said he didnt want our business. This is the worst customer service ive ever had. There are too many good print shops in town to settle for crap in chinatown
