On May 15, 2014, I went to "Desert Sleep Center" for a "Sleep Study." The environment in the sleeping area was was not conductive to sleep. The room was cold and the sleeping area was hard and narrow. After 3 hours of discomfort and unable to achieve sleep, I realized that the sleep study environment was badly flawed, and I would not be able to achieve any degree of sleep to be studied. I would recommend that anyone needing a sleep study, carefully research the methodology of the process from numerous sleep study facilities and pick one that is recommended by a physician that you know and respect.
