If I can give Springview zero stars, I would. Their RTs are incompetent and have no bedside manner. The director told us they were helping transition my mother into hospice care and the hospice care was never notified. When we called the director back, she cheerfully told us that they can't recertify my mom until she gets medicaid and hung up. They have no remorse for abandoning us. Do not take anyone you care about to them- they are the worst.

If I could give this "organization" negative stars, I would. I arrived today for a scheduled job interview. While I waited, I saw staff members speaking to one another, walking in and out of rooms, taking bags of trash outside, and using the telephone at the front desk to make phone calls. Not one person ever acknowledged me, asked if I had been helped, or asked what I came in for.
40 minutes later a woman returns to the front desk and looks at me, because at this point I have crossed my arms. She asks if I have an interview, and gives me an application. She hands me one and states that she "never knows what to give to who".
As a professional and licensed nurse, I would be ashamed and embarrassed to tell patients that this place was my employer. The ABSOLUTE WORST customer service - this place left such a BAD TASTE IN MY MOUTH!!!!

YOU HAVE ONE CHANCE TO MAKE A FIRST IMPRESSION!!!!
