Don't waste your time with this company. We have been with them for about a year now. There is a complete lack of communication internally with this company, nobody is on the same page. Last week our offices got broken into and Stanley Security dispatched their security service to look in to the burglar alarm at our business, they did a "visual inspection" and wrote an all clear report. They did not pay any attention to the broken window, or the fact that the broken gate lock was on the floor and the gate was wide open, the security agent just wrote "No Signs of Entry". AMAZING, this is what I pay for? The police department came out and filled a report. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY -- I WOULD JUST SAVE YOUR MONEY INSTEAD OF USING THESE WISE GUYS FOR A MONITORING SERVICE. When I called and complained it was a more of a "What can we do about it" attitude. You can cancel my service and I can go back to ADT. Get a clue Stanley Security Services!!!
