0 star if possible. They lost my expensive jacket, and all they said was “There’s nothing we can do.” Worst customer service ever. Cheap is NOT always good. You get what you pay for. Beware.

I love this place!!! I have been coming here for 6 years and I have never had a problem. I have reccomended over 50 customers and there has been no complaints. In fact major casinos and famous people trust Sterling Cleaners with thier garments. Always check for care labels and before you take your clothes make sure you have specifics on how the garments can be cleaned. Therefore if you did not have any of they above then it would be your fault and the manager of 10 month knows way more than you do!!!!! Keep up the good work!!!!

A Horrible experience. I would think twice about going to this cleaner on Buffalo and Flamingo. Not only did they ruin my jacket but they will take no responsibility. I have spoken to the Manager of 10 months experience, who says they did nothing wrong and has no reply about the customer not being satisfied. I have even tried to contact the owner twice but no one will call me back. As the customer, I asked for my $1.75 back for the disservice and here I sit out a jacket and the $1.75 it cost to get it dry cleaned. This is a great example of ‘You get what you pay for”. Whatever happened to customer service? Obviously this establishment doesn't seem to care about its customers. For this I will be passing this experience along to others.
