I have gone to this specific location 3 times. It has a drive thru window. All three times my order has been wrong. I finally had it. They have a paper and write down what you want on your sandwhich so they can get it right. Except, they still managed to screw it up. I asked for a spicy italian with double the meat, olives, pickles, cucmbers, oil, vinegar, mustard, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper. Luckily, I got bread, meat, and cheese.
