They cut corners on repairs and use cheap, inferior NON OEM parts. They misdiagnose problems (whether by dishonesty or incompetence, I don't know, but does it matter?), and try to convince you your vehicle needs repairs it does not.
I am so happy I took my car to two other mechanics to verify their diagnoses. There was nothing wrong with my car at all, except for residual effects of their corner-cutting.
Their front desk staff are rude, arrogant and condescending. They talk AT you, instead of with you. They BS you to make themselves always right, and you always wrong. I guess they didn't count on a guy who knows his way around under the hood too.
STAY AWAY!!!
