I just read the negative review and, while I do think $20 is outrageous for blow drying hair, I've never seen them charge that much. I have long hair and it's about $7 or so. The staff is nice, friendly, and funny! They treat the customers great and there are MANY repeat customers... who I recognize when I go in. My stylist, Jacqui, IS THE BEST! My brother has gone to her for years and I started in December 2011. I used to have a great one somewhere else, but Jacqui knows her stuff and I am never sorry! So you can't go by just one person's expectations and thoughts. And the bigger question... if they ALWAYS went to Supercuts on the East side then why did they go here in the first place. And, to say people are nicer on the east side!!??? I can give you many stories that would negate that!
