Appointments are bull---you can call and show up at specified time and still wait 20-30 minutes or just walk in to an empty store and still be told that there is a 30 minute wait because others have called before you and put their name on the list---in short, I stopped going completely---total waste of time for a needed 10 minute max haircut (trim)
