The owner - George Gonzales is a crooked man. He stole my equipment and closed down his business. Worst experience of my life. I regret ever meeting this man.

This place is a joke. I have this company repair my Insignia TV and Samsung Galaxy Note, total cost for both $ 225.00. The repair for the television was quick and worth the value. The repair for the cell phone was never repaired and received the run-around.



George the owner, the first time said he fixed the phone, the problems were no longer occurring and parts replaced. In less than 24hrs., the problem reoccurred. I notified the owner within 16 hrs after receiving my cell phone back. The owner George stated this time the part was not replace however was soddered. I was advised to bring back the cell phone. He kept my cell phone 24hrs then notified me he need to order a new part and was overnight-ed. This back and forth went on for day....needless to say I was without my phone close to two weeks. I was what I feel lied to by the owner. I had finally taken my phone to another repair shop, they advised the phone was not repaired and contacted Tech Tronix to discuss this poor business conduct. George with Tech Tronix advised to bring the phone back. I went back this time requesting my money back. I was advised he would return my money within three days and was given a had written guarantee. CURRENTLY AFTER MANY CALLS AND VOICE-MAILS, VISITS TO THE OFFICE WHICH WAS CLOSED DURING THEIR BUSINESS HOURS....I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND. Needless to say I have contacted my attorney.



George was very inappropriate with rude non-business suggestions making random sexual innuendos.
