A completely horrible experience! The staff here was very unprofessional and rude. Our guests had to wait for over an hour, most of them standing outside. We had visited the site four times, made several phone calls, and emailed them to ensure that we were clear. On our first visit, we were disappointed to find that the terrace photos on the web site are very deceiving. In reality, there is a huge parking lot across the street and the cars parked there appear in your wedding shots. We had been told repeatedly that the chapel next to the terrace is left open in case there was bad weather and we wanted to move the ceremony inside. My daughter and her fiance informed them the day before the ceremony that they were going to use the chapel instead of the terrace. However, when we arrived we were told that the chapel was in use and they would "have to" use the terrace. After a great deal of argument, frustration, and humiliation the ceremony took place in the chapel. The officiant rushed thr

|We wanted something simple & elegant for our ceremony but didn't expect such warmth.I connected with our wedding planner, Stephanie. She was so helpful, sweet and spent a lot of time accommodating all my special requests. I felt she really cared about our experience. Our limo driver, Gus was so professional and playful. When we arrived at the chapel all the wedding coordinators were very friendly. It was such a treat to meet Stephanie and the others I had talked to prior to my ceremony. They all made us feel so comfortable and welcome - it felt as if they were our wedding guests!Everything went off without a hitch - exactly on time, our song right on cue, a sentimental ceremony and great photos. The DVD was my only concern because I read an old review about their recording equipment. Stephanie assured me that their cameras, mics and such had been totally upgraded. They sure were and my wedding DVD is fantastic! I'm so excited to share it with those who missed the online viewing!

Provided by YP.comI am so grateful and pleased. We went to Vegas to have a simple and inexpensive ceremony. Of course I wanted something nice, but my expectations weren't too high because after all I wasn't spending very much and I've heard mixed reviews about weddings in Vegas.
As it turns out I definitely did not need to lower my standards. The chapel is gorgeous - I thought the nicest in Vegas. They really surprised me with how welcome and cared for I felt. I later found out that most of the people working there have been there a long time. I guess they all feel like family over there. I felt like part of it. Rhonda, Yvette & Stephanie were super helpful and sweet. Thank you for a beautiful experience =-)

I had heard this was a classy place but I was still suprised when I was met by my personal wedding host Stevaughn who took care of me and my family like we were royalty. Everything went perfect. My family and friends viewed our wedding on the internet and the photography was to die for. I have never had such beautiful pictures of myself and my fiance. I would highly recommend this chapel to brides that want perfection in the way they are treated.

I have lived in Las Vegas for over 13 years. You can imagine how many weddings I've been to in Las Vegas...chapel weddings, hotel weddings, you name it. Of all the venues I have experienced I finally feel as though I have a place to get married in my home town!! This is it!

Provided by YP.comI disagree with the former review. I had a wonderful experience at this chapel. Neither the chapel, the service nor the staff were cheesy. Not one single bit!
My wedding package included a few photos to begin with, but they did take a lot more than what was included. If we were only going to buy one or two images individually then they were priced at $40 per image, BUT if you liked them all or a lot of them (which we did!) then they really work with you to build a photo package. We left with about 60+ gorgeous photos for way less than $40 per image.
To each his own I suppose, but we had a $10,000 experience for $1,000!!
I would recommend this place (well, I already have for that matter) to everyone.

Provided by YP.comMy husband and I were married here, and while they rip you off, don't give you what they promise, and want $40 per digital photo, it was still a good experience. I guess you could say you get the real Vegas experience! The limo service and driver were the best part - very nice driver.
