Provided by YP.comA group of scam artists who do absolutely nothing for their clients. Look at EVERY other major review Web site to see what numerous people have to say about these crooks. I dealt with the Law Offices of Kenneth G. Frizzell III, this attorney's other "legal service" (which, apparently, has a rather broad definition) for a first-time DUI offense. After I gave them all the details surrounding my arrest and pending criminal charge, I was told by Ken's case manager, Brooks Compton, to not worry, everything would be fine and that a DWI offense of such a low magnitude with the level of BAC I blew (not even twice the legal limit) always get plead down to reckless driving/wet reckless, considering that I was not on illicit drugs nor did I get into a collision.
Then, sure enough, I ended up with the maximum penalty under Nevada law. He said the BAC I blew was "so high", which is funny, because that is the complete opposite of what Mr. Compton told me. Mr. Frizzell had not done a thing! Worse yet, he made up cockamamie stories as to why he couldn't get the offense reduced (when, in actuality, he just didn't do the job he was paid to).
This man's entire livelihood consists of preying on desperate people, telling them anything they want to hear, then ultimately sending them up the creek with no paddle once they have signed the retainer and he receives their money. If anyone who reads this has had a similar experience, it would be in their best interest to report him to the State Bar of Nevada, where he already has tons of other complaints, including my own. There may not be anything I can do for myself at this point, but I will do everything in my power to deter as many vulnerable people as I can from becoming victims.

Provided by YP.comI am a very happy customer for 6 citations and 6 warrants and the fee to go to all the court dates was only 600 bucks total and the citations totaled more then 10000 and each warrant at the window would have been 250 each so another 1250 to that 10000. we only paid 600 to quash the warrants and for the 6 court dates the attorney went to and he got 2 tickets dismissed and the other 4 reduced down to 1200 total of which a lot of them were no insurance he split them up so the payments would be easier to make and after 8 months of making payments my husband was ticket free. The attorney did everything he said he would and i would refer anyone to his office because i know aurora and kenneth will take care of them.

Provided by YP.comI tried i without them and with them. You will end up paying 4 times the intended amount . And they do traffic school for you but traffic school is a bunch of questions online after they give you the answers to review. Don't waist your money. Anyone can do this on there own without The Ticket Fixers. It is much cheaper to go into court and state not guilty. You will go to court again but the fine will be reduced and the ticket will be reduced to a parking ticket with 0 points taken from your record.

Provided by YP.comI am an unhappy customer that has used this service. I received a traffic ticket and thought I call this company and use their claimed services. It all started out good, I payed them $100.00 for them to go to court for me and get my ticket reduced and for it not to go on my DMV record. On February 25, 08 I received a letter (Dated January 31, 2008) from them stating "Quote: Dear Client, Your citantion(s) were reduced to Illegal Parking (Non-Moving Violation) with no points and no traffic school. Please write citation number(s) on the payment envelope provided. Please make your check or money order to Henderson Municipal Court. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to call. End Quote" The payment amount stated on the letter was $67.00. Two days later I dropped off the payment at the Henderson Municipal Court. So far, So good.
On April 4, 2008 I received a "Failure to Pay Bench Warrant Notice" from the Henderson Municipal Court. Stating that I failed to pay my fine as ordered. And to pay another $100.00 to the court for "Speeding 16-20 over limit"
Shocked I called the Law Office and spoke to a young lady and explained the situation. She then told me that in her records it showed that I had to pay $167.00 to the court, noy $67.00 as stated on the letter. I told her I have the letter in front of me and I would fax it over, which I did. The lady reviewed the letter and stated to me that it seemed that the letter had been tempered with and that the copy SHE has on file states $167.00. I told her that this is what I received in the mail from their offices. The lady became very rude and told me that she was not going to argue with me. I told her I am not arguing, just trying to find out what happened or what to do. She told me to pay the $100.00. Then I asked her, well If I pay the court the $100.00, paid the Law office a $100.00 and had already paid $67.00 to the court, the total amount would be $267.00, more then the initial fine! AND it's still a speeding 16-20 over limit which will go on my record... So basically I got Nothing!! The lady said I am going to hang up now and "Click"
Thanks Ticket Fixers, you sure fixed me!
