GREAT STORE , FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE , I JUST WENT ONCE FOR SHIPPING . WOWWWWWWWWW REALLY GRAT PEOPLE WORKING THERE , NOW I WILL BE REGULAR CUSTOMER FOR THIS UPS STORE.I RECOMAND EVERYONE TRY ONCE I AM SURE U WILL LIKE THIS UPS STORE

I love the UPS Store. I have been a loyal customer for years. This store is a nightmare. I have been twice and both times it was a disaster. They aren't friendly, expect you to tape up your own box with their tape and they don't seem to know how to use their own computers. It took half an hour for me to buy a sheet of stamps and ship a small box to my sister in the military. They kept having me fill out the wrong customs forms. They charged me before they had even finished getting my package taken care of. When I asked for a receipt the woman rolled her eyes at me and insisted she had already given it to me. I started digging through my purse and apologized. Then she looks down and sees my receipt sitting on her register and say "oh, here" and thrusts it forward letting go before I could grab it. I picked it up off the floor and she pretended not to notice. I will not be going back.
