Dont buy here...I have been here for 11 years and have yet to recieve a pool key! they want to charge me $100.00 for a new key if I dont turn in the old one!.. old one?.. what old one?.. the previous owner never left one! and I pay $210.00 in HOA dues and have never been able to use the bloody pool! My neighbor says to get a lawyer and get some of my 11 years of HOA re-embursed. So iIthink thats what i'm going to do. Its insane to pay that much a month anyway! highest in LV iIhave ever heard of! and when I moved here it was a quiet place, now there are kids everywhere1 and they are screaming loud!
