I brought in my dodge intrepid to Transmission Specialist because I didnt have 2nd to 3rd gear ability. I spoke with the manager there and he was really cool. I think his name is Dave, anyway he had the mechanic there stop what he was doing to take a look at it right away. To me that was fantastic customer service. It did indeed need a new transmission. I spoke with him and he was really honest with me which is totally unheard of in the auto ind.I left the car there to get a phone call within a couple hours that it was internal. I also was told that it would be fixed and ready to go that next day! Wow! usually I wait for a week for repairs. I highly recommend this place. Great customer service and dave gave me an incredible deal. Thanks Man!
