GHETTO!!! We checked this place & we saw nothing but trashy people, drunks, drug dealers in the parking lots, Mexicans & blacks use the parking lots to fix cars while playing their loud music until late at night. There is no one in charge after hours. An old timer told us that the owner have for years paid $5.00 to the tenants to post "five star ratings". Check this dump on the weekends especially at night and see for yourselves.

This is a nice apartment complex close to school and Vons so it is very convenient for a student like me. It is a nice and quiet neighborhood.

The best part I like about living there is the staff. The staff really is friendly. If I see one of the staff members I greet them. The complex is quiet and the people respect each other. The complex is clean with a unique style. My wife and I have been living there going on three years and we really like living there.

Tropicana Village Apts is a great place to live.

This is a very nice place to live. I have been living here for three years and I never had a problem with anything.

i have lived here for a month and a half i have had no problems with the neighbor or staff the are courteous and friendly the maintinance and office staff are on the repairs if needed i would recomend tropicana to friends and family

Have fun swimming in two clean pools! So very close two shopping at grocery stores and retail stores! The apartment staff are very friendly and there is excelent maintance of the apt. grounds and buildings! I have been in this complex for since 1999.

I moved to Tropicana Village Apts. in December 2011 and have gladly renewed my lease ever since. I find that this is a nice, quiet, clean place to live and recommend it without reservations.
