Turtle creek is the best apartment complex in that area!Wonderful place!People are so nice and maintenance is almost momentarily.Living there for 14 month and am going to renew!

Run for your life. They have a bed bug infestation. There are constantly mattresses in the dumpsters. There is no parking. The place is crawling with not only bed bugs but thieves, druggies and crazy people. It's a nightmare. Please, Please run as far away as possible. The rent is low for a reason.

Major staffing issues within the complex.



Property Managers are uneducated and refuse to "deal" with tenants. Support staff has their instructions to prevent all contact possible between tenants and property managers. They almost make a game out of it to see who can keep us away from managers the longest. The staff ALWAYS has problems with your rent, regardless if you are paying it within the terms of your agreement as well. "You paid early...why'" "Your rate changed...forgot to tell you..." "We lost your check...you need to make out a new one."



The community looks like trash as well. Garbage everywhere you turn.



Major safety issues. Metro Police are called out on a nightly basis.



I would feel safer if I had an American Flag stapled to me and I was dropped off in the middle of Iraq.
