I looked long and hard before choosing a sign company to produce my channel letters and banners for my new business. Upon looking online for a well-reviewed sign company in Las Vegas, I found that almost all of them seemed to be plagued with negative reviews. This is not what I wanted to see, especially when I would be spending thousands of dollars on my new signs. I decided that I would call out a few companies to get quotes and then decide for myself.



I had at least three companies come out to give me quotes. Two were very professional, including Unique Signs. I worked with Ken first, and discussed the needs of our company. He was very thorough with explaining everything and which letters he thought would work best with the building, the day/night difference, etc. He even went the extra mile and read through the whole City of Henderson sign code for my building so we knew the exact specifications that the sign needed to adhere to before the project started. Most other companies would just submit the design and then when denied by the city for the permit, go back and change it, making the process take even longer.



I had narrowed down my choice to two of the companies that gave me quotes. Both were comparable in cost, but what sold me on Unique Signs was both Ken's customer service, as well as looking at some other similar types of signs that Unique Signs had done. The LED ones similar to mine were fantastic, so I decided to go with Unique Signs.



The next part was the hardest part. Making sure my sign would appear on my building the way I envisioned it. This requires time and effort on the CLIENT side as well as Unique Signs. Do your research. Make sure you understand what you want. Go see other examples in person. Even the greatest sign companies in the world aren't mind readers. If you have a specific idea of your sign in your head, it is YOUR job to make sure that it is conveyed to your sign company to make sure it is done right.



I had a back and forth with Ken for a couple weeks to ensure the sign they were producing was what I wanted. We changed colors a little, tweaked the design, looked through materials, etc. And this whole time Ken was very patient and guided me through the process. He even took the time to sit down with me in his office so we could make the exact final changes and not leave anything to the guess work of email or phone.



In the end, I had two channel letter signs produced and installed that I am extremely happy with. The production time and installation time was very fast. The cost was great for an in town sign shop. Much more affordable than another company I had used years ago.



After the channel letter signs were complete, I had Unique Signs produce some banners as well. As with the signs, they were printed and installed very quickly, and the quality/price was great. I wasn't as worried about the banners as they are far less expensive than channel letters and easily replaceable if anything went wrong.

Being a superintendent for the last thirty years I am very knowledgeable of the bidding process, specifications and regulations. I also know that there is always someone who will do it cheaper and worse, so I demand value from my vendors. Dave and the employees from Unique provided that value and expertise. From the first phone call the professionalism and quality of service I received was fantastic. Dave set a progressive schedule starting with a coming soon banner ( which was installed two days early) and then hit every milestone until the final inspection at least a day early. When you are opening up a new business any delay is costly.

I was extremely pleased with this company. They made an amazing looking banner for the law firm I work for and was very accommodating to our last minute needs. I will definitely be using them again. Troy was very helpful and was fast at replying by email or phone. Thank you Unique Signs!

In the end, I wanted to write this review to share my positive experience with Unique Signs to other potential customers. It is a shame that when people have a negative experience, they go and post it everywhere, but the many satisfied customers say nothing. Unique Signs was a great company in every aspect. Ken was wonderful. Dave was great too in my limited dealings with him. I would highly recommend Unique Signs to anyone who needs sign work for their business. Every single person I dealt with was professional and did a great job. I can't understand the negative reviews for this company. I am guessing that they are from people that expected magical results with no effort on their part. I truly feel that if you know what you want, put some time into it, and do your research, you will receive a fantastic result with Unique Signs.

The quality of the sign is fantastic. Their art department suggested a few minor changes which I am glad I listened to. I have had guest come in just to ask who did my signage. Stop by and see for yourself. I would recommend getting other bids ( must be the superintendent in me) and then call Dave and get the best value for your investment

Unique Signs produces amazing work on a timely schedule. We are absolutely using them again for some upcoming projects. They are extremely easy to work with and strive to make sure my needs are met.
